Key Mortar Systems are composed of 100% solids epoxy resin filled with a variety of graded quartz, silica, or ceramic fillers which can be modified to create the best design mix for ideal performance. Wide selections of finish coats are available for varying appearance and exposure requirements. The systems are available in a variety of non-fading standard or custom colors.

Key Epocon SLT
Contains graded aggregates combined with a unique epoxy technology to produce a fluid, self-leveling mixture that is spread with a gauge rake, squeegee or trowel. This system will regulate moisture vapor transmission while providing high wear, durability and impact resistance ideal for light to heavy traffic areas. Key Epocon SLT is the answer for both new and renovated areas and can be installed over most sound floors.

Key Mortar SL
Consists of 100% solids epoxy and graded aggregates producing a fluid, self-leveling mixture that can be spread with a V-notched squeegee or trowel. This system is the answer for both new and renovated areas and can be installed over most sound floors. Key Mortar SL is a 1/16 inch seamless, low maintenance slurry system that produces a dense, non-porous floor that is chemical and dirt resistant, ideal for light to medium traffic areas.

Key Mortar STD
A trowel applied resin flooring system consisting of 100% solids epoxy and graded aggregates that provide heavy-duty protection at 3/16 - 1/4 inch or greater. When grouted and sealed, Key Mortar STD eliminates porosity and produces a dense, skid-inhibiting finish that will minimize dirt and chemical penetration.

Key MMA Mortar SLT
A rapid curing, 100% reactive, methyl methacrylate (MMA) resin flooring system. Thickness ranges from 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch or greater depending on project requirements. Key MMA Mortar SLT is finished with catalyst-cured coats of pigmented MMA resin available in several different formulations depending on project requirements.
